Frequently Asked Questions
- Can I change plans anytime?
- Yes. To upgrade, open Manage Billing: the new plan starts right away, you pay the prorated difference, and the extra credits are added at once. A monthly plan can also switch to yearly there. To move to a smaller plan, or from yearly to monthly, contact support and we'll switch it at your next renewal, so you keep what you've paid for until then.
- What happens if I exceed my monthly credits?
- With a monthly or yearly plan, you can buy a credit pack to top up your plan or upgrade to a higher tier. Packs require an active subscription and expire when your membership ends. If your account holds an outstanding negative credit balance from a previous refund or dispute, purchased pack credits first offset that balance before increasing your spendable total.
- Do unused credits roll over?
- Yes. Unused subscription credits roll over at renewal, up to one billing period's grant for your current plan (one month's grant for monthly plans or one year's grant for yearly plans). Upon plan upgrade or change, renewal rollover is subject to the new tier's grant allowance cap. Pack credits remain active while your membership is active and expire when your subscription ends.
- What does Enterprise include?
- Enterprise starts at $1,499/month with custom photo allocations (one photo uses one credit). Volume is set by Sales, not unlimited; the grant starts at zero until Sales configures your contract. Save up to 500 Products per workspace, or more if your agreement provides for it. Contact Sales about SSO, SLA, and dedicated quotas.
- Is Creative Director an add-on?
- Agentic Creative Director is a separate add-on. Availability is limited; if it is enabled for your account, manage it in Billing. Any applicable price appears before checkout; there is no public list price here. Creative Director chat in Photoshoot is included with your plan. Full autonomous agent goals are not generally available yet.
- Is there a free plan?
- No. There is no free plan or free generative model. Choose a monthly or yearly plan to start creating. Credit packs only top up an active subscription.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. You can cancel at any time without a cancellation fee. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, Library and Billing remain read-only for 90 days; then your library is purged unless you resubscribe. Credits already used are non-refundable because generation incurs compute costs.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) through Stripe, our payment processor.
